Established by Şükrü Aydın in 1950 with passenger transport and continued to land transport with 4 trucks at 1964 again with the leadership of Şükrü Aydın.
In 1976, MANİŞA INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT AND TRADE COMPANY LIMITED which is one of the first companies in Turkey certified by the authority C2 was established with a fleet of most modern tractor and trailer transportation between Europe and Iran.
In 1994, the company has changed its name to ALLTRAK ULUSLARASI TAŞIMACILIK LTD. ŞTİ. and particularly specialized in the iron and steel products and steel pipe transportation.
After establishing ALLTRAK OOD at Bulgaria in 2004, the company stepped into the transportation business in Europe and continues its growth with Simay Demiryolları Taş. Tic. Ltd. Şti. which was founded in 2012.
